Room Reservations
At times this can be a
busy place. We have a procedure for reserving
space for regular meetings or special events
that helps us avoid conflicts whenever
possible and allows our limited staff to
arrange tables, chairs and equipment as
needed. To reserve a space in the Aquinas
Center, you need to file a request form
with Alice Lee two weeks in advance of
your need. Alice makes sure the space is
available and set-up can be done as you
wish. We also check the overall parish
calendar to avoid conflicts (Fr. Paul signs
off on this). These forms are available
in the Parish Office or in the drawer of
the desk in the Aquinas Center or from
Alice directly. To be fair to all parties,
we have to adhere to this policy. A phone
call to Alice can tell you if the
room you want is free, but no reservations
can be made until the completed form
is filed. To reserve a space in the Parish
House, contact Lisa. Thanks for your help
in making life easier for everyone! Fr
Paul
Bulletin Rack In the Center lobby, we've put up a rack for the bulletins of
the previous three weeks. If you are at mass elsewhere you can
get a copy of the bulletin you missed.
Inkjet
Cartridges Wanted Please help to raise money for Brain Tumor research by donating EMPTY inkjet, laser printer, and copier cartridges in the Big Pink Box in the Aquinas Center, next to the Religious Education table. It’s easy and free, and 100% of the amount raised will go to brain tumor research! For more details, call the Musella Foundation at (888)295-4740. or go to http://www.virtualtrials.com/inkjet.

Grounds Or Maintenance Issues
Parishioners often notice facilities or equipment in need of
repair or replacement. Rather than entrust that information
to the faulty memory (+ incompetence!) of the pastoral staff,
we have created a simple form which can be filled out and left
with Joanne. She'll direct the information
to the appropriate responder. Forms are in the Chapel
Foyer, or Center Lobby. Thank you for your care for
our property.
Important Announcements!
Please
note that any rooms that are to be used in the
Parish Center are to be scheduled by the Parish Secretary
(Lisa Wild) at ext. 201.
The key to the copier room (located in the Parish Center) is kept
in the Parish Council mailbox for access when the office is
closed.
All
Parish committee mailboxes are now located in the Parish Center.
If
you need a key to the Parish Center for the weekend please
contact the Parish Secretary to pick up ahead of time. Any
questions please contact Lisa Wild at ext. 201
